"We the people, in the pursuit of Information, Literacy, and the various Arts, believe in the power and spirit of the Quill and the written word. These truths hold self evident that continued education and creativity exists in many forms of writing, and we shall carry on our history as the human race, recording our current events, methods, art, music, remembrances, thoughts, laughter, imagination, preferences, and research of our past on a new medium to co-exist with traditional paper, the Internet.
