a recluse moose with a donkey-elephant noose
In rage! In rage I tell you this!
for in rage I testify to me
or thoreau watching the pond in the morning
or Tarantino getting some character butt-fucked
or seventy-five year old women playing cards, smoking weed and watching
football at 10:30 in the morning on Christmas day
or rallies for against abortion make your own decision stupid or dawgs with
mustard except guy or reading pound 80 candle room Chicago naked cream amazing
or making love to air-conditioning vents in July or waterproof stereos mixes
from 95 luckys perfect timing or the New York times bestseller list or radio
without trance jungle house or America online cigarettes men posing as women or
endless days of Phish tour no tomorrow beautiful morning or purple dandelions in
a whacked green field under a yellow drug candle sky

and exotic and alluring and upkeeping and intense and hopeful and cognitive
and open and communicative and understanding and sentimental and adoring and
forgiving
or for walks by the lake on shabbos after bagels and coffee luckys or faith in
God
or for 4:20
or my credit card
or maybe its my parents credit card
or gates pass shrooming balls 3am
or Two-Step
or the ghost
or the tropic of capricorn
or the topic of cancers
or you
or jerry living on some remote island with Tupac biggie and k.cobain jerry’s
lonely is jimi still there? or jim or janis or train tracks that lead to nowhere
or vermont drive afternoons or Arizona sunsets or the Great Chicago Sunrise
coming to a theatre near you check local listings
or oj with mad pulp
or the dirt on Fred Flintstone’s feet
or hilary in 2000
or walks in the park with my daughter while my wife sleeps away a perfect
mother’s innocent September slumber in the purple afternoon
or picking my baby up from school early
or the days when I call us in sick and we bother mommy at work or the mirror of
their smiles at friday night dinner

that certain roll of extasy
the multi-colored pills
never giving me ills

or the effiel tower in early spring
or jerusalem in mid-november

or driving all through the night after DMB to get home at 5:30am and start
and finish thoreau paper by 8:00am
